Jody founded Creative Intelligence Media in 2004 to bring the proven concepts and tools of integrated marketing to local and national organizations. She has more than 20 years of experience designing, developing, positioning, and commercializing marketing and business development programs. Her work spans industry sectors as diverse as technology, financial services, health care, energy, and life sciences. She has held strategic marketing and business development positions with Cap Gemini Ernst &Young, Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, and Prudential-Bache Capital Funding.

Jody has managed multi-million dollar budgets and has shared responsibility for generating multi-million dollar revenues. Her strengths include turning neglected business areas into revenue generators, building synergistic teams, and finding creative solutions to people and process challenges.

As director of marketing for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's Technology Services group, Jody developed integrated marketing programs and collaborated with the firm’s technology alliance partners—IBM, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, and Hewlett-Packard—to create joint technology solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. As a solution project manager at CGEY, she worked with the firm's global practice leaders and senior executives, often to translate business concepts into market-ready services. Additionally, she served as associate director of marketing for the firm’s Customer Relationship Management practice, where she worked with senior executives to develop an innovative CRM assessment tool that has been administered to 600 companies in 22 countries. At Arthur Andersen, Jody worked closely with senior executives in the launch of a new service line for the private equity market. Before that, she was responsible for business development for the firm’s tax practice.

More recently, Jody was named a planning and zoning commissioner for Kootenai County, Idaho, her county of residence. In this role she coordinates with government agencies, associations, business leaders, tribes, and other constituents to secure their involvement in the sweeping revision of the county's comprehensive plan. In February, she was elected to the board of the Kootenai-Shoshone Soil & Water Conservation District. In this role, she works with the district to partner with individuals, landowners, businesses and government agencies to protect water resources, expand options for agricultural production, promote sustainable forestry practices, promote energy conservation, and protect wildlife habitat throughout the urban and rural areas of the northern Idaho region.

Jody holds a B.S. In labor industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside.
