What we did: Worked with the company and its existing media contractors to develop and implement a media and communication strategy for a major project (permitted but delayed by environmental litigation). Among other things, we also helped craft the information that helped the company win the federal Hardrock Mineral Community Outreach and Economic Security Award, presented for responsible mineral resource development that recognizes the importance of sustainable development.
Company profile: An independent investment firm that acquires and manages large-scale, investment-grade forests across North America; one of the nation's largest private landholders.
What we did: Worked with executives to articulate the company's organizational strategy, mission, and vision—and then built an integrated marketing/communications road map based in these strategic elements. We revamped the website; helped develop a community outreach communications program; helped rewrite a white paper by the founder that had been requested by the state governor for use in policy development.
